Crossroads Abstract is pleased to announce the following changes: Mick Howell has been named President of Crossroads Abstract and William Collins has been named Chief Operating Officer. The entire Company would like to congratulate both Mick and Bill on their promotions and thank them for their dedication and service over the years.

Crossroads Abstract is pleased to announce that Miriah Lauster-Luke is now the Branch Manager of our Lyons (Wayne County) branch. A native of Newark and a graduate of St. John Fisher College, Mariah has had many years of experience in both abstracting and management. She is committed to providing to our Wayne county clients the same speedy and thorough service that Crossroads provides in all our other branches.

Crossroads' 2008 CLE seminar, held by United General Title on May 13, was a great success. More than 75 attorneys and paralegals attended in the comfort and elegance of the Dryden Theater at the George Eastman House. The topics included "Foreclosure Issues", "The Home Equity Theft Prevention Act" and "Reverse Mortgages". Crossroads Abstract is pleased to name William L. Collins as President of the company. Bill has over 25 years of experience in the title insurance industry, starting out as an abstractor and most recently serving as Vice-President and Regional Manager for Crossroads. He was the Agents Section Chair of the New York State Land Title Association for 3 years, and served on the Executive Committee of NYSLTA for four years.
Michael McAuley is remaining as CEO and Chairman of Crossroads Abstract. Mike is a past president of NYSLTA and is also currently chair of the Agents Section PAC.
Mick Howell has been named Executive Vice-President of the company.
Crossroads' former Customer Service person and current Title Policy typist Jodi Sheets just had a new baby - Elizabeth Collette, 7 lbs, 3 oz. Mother and daughter are healthy and happy.
Crossroads has recently hired Bob Hill to join our marketing staff. Bob has over 20 years experience in the title industry.
