Note: the list below is intended as a guide to our service area and service speed. It is not a guarantee or warranty as to turnaround time. We have done searches in all the counties listed below, and through our experience have listed approximate turnaround times. We can provide a search for you in almost any county in New York State, but we can only give you a firm turnaround time for counties on this list. As is normal in this industry, searches with multiple owners, multiple properties, or requiring visits to Surrogates Court (i.e. current or previous owner died while in possession) may require additional time.

For counties marked with an asterisk ( * ), we require that documents for recordation be received by us at least 2 days prior to the required date of recording.
