Notice: Recent filings by Crossroads' underwriters have reduced the owners title insurance rates, but because all the underwriters have filed separate rate change requests, they may vary from each other by $1.00 or so, principally because of rounding differences. This rate calculator is effective for Commonwealth and Lawyers Title policies only. The Department of Insurance has stated its intention to re-examine title insurance rates in the fall of 2006. Any changes in rates imposed by the Department of Insurance should be immediately reflected in this rate calculator. Rates properly calculated prior to any rate change will be different than rates shown therein.
