Deposit into Court on Mechanics Lien $3.00 No charge for filing a deposit into court for a judgment
Equalization and Assessment Form (Form 5217) $125.00 for property class codes 100 - 299, $250 for codes 300 and up Required when recording a deed. If two parcels with different class codes are being conveyed, the higher code governs.
Federal Tax Lien Discharge $7.00 Note: same charge to file the lien

Release: Regular recording fees plus $.50 for each additional mortgage cited.
